financial maangement q&A

What happens when the market value and the intrinsic value of a bond are not equal to each other? The present value of the asset’s expected future cash flows is equal to the intrinsic value of the asset. This value is the amount the investor considers to be a fair value, given the amount, timing, and riskiness of future cash flows. If the market is working efficiently, the market value of the asset will equal its intrinsic value. Whenever a security’s intrinsic value differs from its current market price, the competition among investors seeking opportunities to make a profit quickly drives the market price back to its intrinsic value.

wat a FEELING!!!

Sepang F1 Malaysian GP race..wat a dramatic feeling, lap one already we have Barrichello stalling, then in front Vettel overtaking (yeah!!). Then somewhere we have the legend retiring in his hunting ground..woots...Schumi retired!! that was the first I gueesed since his return..nevertheless McLaren and Ferrari were stunning for their fightback, from back row to the middle, but at the end Red Bull Racing swept the two podiums...3rd is Rosberg.. Quite an entertaining race, especially the Kobayashi- Hamilton duel part..liked it, but what I liked even more is the Sutil- Hamilton duel..the man himself can't overtake sutil!!! ^^.. That's the way to go Sutil!! teach him not to underestimate Force India's car...it was so powerful and sleek... At the end, Vettel won. Alonso blew his engine trying in vain to overtake a sleek Jenson Button, and Lotus Racing had reliability problems in Speang..and of course, Virgin's first race finish. Hoppe that they will challenge McLaren and Fer
